Our Staff

The Staff of Hope & Play Preschool and Early Learning Center have obtained all the requirements to teach in an Early Learning Environment.  Most of all they share the love of our Savior Jesus Christ, the children and their families.  

Lisa Pizzolato - Preschool Director

Hello, my name is Lisa Pizzolato and I am the Director of Hope & Play Preschool and Early Learning Center.  I started at Hope teaching in the 3's class. Then I transitioned to the Director's role.  I have been at Hope & Play for over 20 years. I  love working with the staff and children! God truly has blessed me and HE lead me here to serve all the families and children for all these amazing years!  I have been married to my husband Tony for over 30 years and we have 3 grown children.  I received my CDA from MTEC in 2001 and obtained my Director's credential from SCTI in 2007.  I Love what I do and all the amazing teachers of Hope & Play!

Jungle Room - VPK

Hello, my name is Brenda Golnik.  I have been married for over 30 years.  My husband and I have 4 children and 4 grand children.  I obtained a CDA in Child Development and have worked at Hope & Play for over 20 years.  I have taught in the 2's and 3's rooms and have been the Lead VPK teacher for over 15 years.  I also worked in childcare at the YMCA for 10 years.  It is my passion and love to teach and work with the children.   





Ms. Jeanne - I have been at Hope & Play for two years and I'm the assistant in the Jungle Room. I enjoy what I do and love watching the kids grow throughout the year.







Garden Room - VPK

Hello, my name is Jennifer Kory. I am married to my husband Chuck. We have three children, Kendra, Ireanna, Charlie and a grandson Karsyn.  I have been working with children since high school.  I have also worked at other preschools and for Pasco County Schools. I have my CDA and VPK credentials. I've been at Hope & Play since 2014 and have been so grateful for the opportunity to be a VPK teacher..




Hi, my name is Susan Anderson. I am originally from New Jersey and moved to Florida after obtaining my teaching degree. After a long fulfilling teaching career I retired in 2023. I knew God was not done with using my love for children and teaching. I began subbing at Hope & Play the fall of 2024 and with many thanks to Ms. Lisa, come on as a staff member in 2025. I have two daughter and love to garden, ride my bike, kayak, paint read, and write. I feel blessed in many ways to be a part of Hope & Play. The children, staff and parents are a joy to work with.

Hello, my name is Angel Rogers. I am the lead teacher for the 3's in the Garden room. I have been married for 30 years and we have two children that attended Hope & Play.

This is my first year teaching at Hope & Play. I have been a substitute for Pasco County schools. I am very thankful to be at Hope & Play and love watching the kids grow and learn.

I have been at Hope & Play for over 20 years. I have been married for 38 years and Have a son. I love working at Hope & enjoy watching the children grow throughout the year.



          







Ocean Room 3's

Hello, my name is Jennifer Lummus and I am the lead Threes teacher in the Ocean Room.  In 2016 I started in the two's room.  Then I made the amazing move to the Three's where I have stayed and love every minute.  My husband and I have been married for over 20 years and we have been blessed with 3 children, Daniel, Amelia and Rylan.  I spent most of my years raising my children and volunteering at their schools.  I found a huge love for the family at Hope while all three of my children attended here.  Then I was blessed with a teacher position where I look forward to many more years with our Hope family and the children of Hope & Play Preschool.







Hi there. I've been an assistant at Hope & Play for over 20 years and love all the sweet kiddos that come through our door. This isn't just a job for me, it's a family. My goal is to help the kids love school in a Christian based, fun, loving and safe environment. I LOVE loving them and having fun. Blessed to be married to my best friend for over 34 years and have two daughters that I adore! That's me, Ms. Viv.heart

Ark Room 2's

Hello, my name is Janine Lynch and I am the lead teacher in the Ark Room. My husband and I have four daughters and two grandchildren and another on the way. I moved here to Florida from New York five years ago. I ran a successful daycare that I ran until we moved here. I also taught in the public schools in New York and Florida. I thought of pursuing a new career but when a friend told me about a position that opened at Hope & Play, I said lets see what the school is like. Well, I loved everything about the school and took the job.


The Ark Room is typically the first time a child will enter school and leave the comfort of being being home with mommy and daddy. I do my best to make it a wonderful experience both the children and the parents. Being in the two's class is so rewarding! The growth that happens during the year is amazing to see unfold. I am fortunate that I get to nurture and love these children in a great environment surrounded by an awesome staff that has become my second family.






Hi, I am Ms AnneMarie , I work in the Ark room as a teacher assistant. I have been married for 21 year and we have two children. I have loved Hope since my children were lucky to be students here many years ago. When a position opened I jumped at the chance to be part of this wonderful school and family.
